Uterine Fibroids

1.  Increase whole foods like fruits sepecially cerries, apples and grapefruits, vegetables especially celery, cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, and green leefy vegetables, whole grains like brown rice, except wheat, legumes, beans, nuts, fatty fish like salmon, herring, sardines, macherel, trout, provided that it is low in mercury, PCBs and dioxines, eggs, seeds especially flaxseeds, nuts.

2.  Avoid wheat, rye and oat, refinds sugars, other carbohydrate rich foods like potatoes, caffeine, saturated fats, milk and milk products, fruit juices, alcohol.
