Anxiety

Many people believe anxiety is all in your head. But the truth is, there can be serious physical factors behind the anxiety, and the condition should always be thoroughly investigated. Some causes of anxiety include:

Memory problems

Memory impairment should prompt immediate investigation because it could be caused by a life-threatening condition like brain tumor or bleeding or stomach cancer.

Rosacea

Rosacea?s common causes are: hormonal imbalances due to age or/and gut problems, food and lack of nutrients.

Acne

Common causes of acne are hormonal imbalances due to gut problems, food and, rarely, tumors. Hormonal profiles and/or absorption/digestion investigations may be needed to diagnose the true cause and treat it.

ADHD

Even though the cause of ADHD is officially now known, may doctors believe that toxicity may be the root cause of ADHD. You should have toxin levels checked.

Headaches

Headaches should always be investigated immediately because they can be the result of a life-threatening condition like brain tumor, blood clot, brain hemorrhage and vasculitis like temporal arthritis. Other causes of headaches are electrolyte imbalances, hormonal imbalances, caffeine, alcohol and recreational drug use, sinus problems, teeth problems and immune problems with allergies.

Dizziness

Dizziness should always be investigated immediately by a health professional. It may be the result of a life-threatening condition like stroke, transient ischemic attack, tumor including cancer, heart attack or heart arrhythmia, dehydration, not enough oxygen, an allergic reaction and electrolyte imbalances.

Wrinkles

Common causes of wrinkles: hormonal imbalances, too much muscle pull, mal-absorption and/or mal-digestion, vitamin and/or mineral deficiencies, dehydration and skin damage by sunlight.

Nasal congestion

Nasal congestion should always be investigated immediately because it could be because of cancer.

Insomnia

Insomnia should never be ignored because it was linked to cancer and other serious conditions.

Depression

Depression always requires thorough investigation because it may be caused by life-threatening diseases like cancer, especially pancreatic cancer.

Foot edema/leg edema

This should be investigated right away, as it may be caused by a leg blood clot or heart failure.

Numbness

Numbness should always be attended to immediately by a physician. It could be a sign of a stroke, spinal cord compression or nerve damage.

Chest pain

Chest pain always requires immediate consultation with a physician because it could be a heart attack, clogged heart arteries, cancer or blood clot in your lungs.

Shortness of breath

Shortness of breath always requires immediate consultation with a physician because it may be due to life threatening conditions like heart attack or clots in your lungs. Do not assume it's caused by anxiety without having a doctor do a thorough investigation; anxiety could be caused by too much adrenaline due to clogged heart arteries or arrhythmia.

Palpitations

Palpitations require immediate consultation with a physician, because it might be a potentially fatal condition like irregular heart beats, heart attack, blood clot in your lungs, not enough oxygen in your blood or bleeding.

Low Sex Drive

A low sex drive should never be ignored because it could caused by life-threatening conditions like cancer, infection, toxins and uncontrolled diabetes.

Heartburn

Contrary to popular belief, heartburn is not caused by having too much acid.

Nausea/vomiting

Nausea and/or vomiting should always be investigated by a physician because they could manifest such dangerous conditions like bleeding, ulcer, cancer or bowel obstruction.

Diarrhea

Diarrhea can become serious very quickly, so it should prompt immediate consultation with a health professional before it leads to potentially life threatening conditions like dehydration and/or electrolyte imbalances. Infectious diarrhea may be quite dangerous not only because it may be life-threatening itself, like cholera, but also because it may become a chronic problem that is very hard to diagnose and to treat, like trichinosis. Noninfectious diarrhea causes are: food allergies, mal-digestion and/or mal-absorption, gut disbyosis, parasites and sometimes tumor.

Constipation

Constipation, especially acute, always requires thorough investigation because it could manifest various life-threatening conditions like cancer or bowel obstruction.

Abdominal pain

Any abdominal pain, especially acute pain, requires an immediate doctor's consultation. It could be a life-threatening condition like acute appendicitis, bowel obstruction, ischemic bowel, bleeding ulcer or cancer.

Bloating

Bloating requires a doctor's consultation to rule out life-threatening conditions like cancer.

Numbness

Numbness should always be attended to immediately by a physician. It could be a sign of a stroke, spinal cord compression or nerve damage.
